The inner-side of the top clasp is engraved with the initials M.M.H. and the inner-side of the bottom claps with the initials H.J.B. and the year 1824. Danish church book, containing psalms, hymns and a collection of Bible texts for special occasions. Bound in a tall leather binding, beautifully decorated with gilt and two silver clasps. The claps and hasps and are engraved with a floral design and a delicate border, the two clasps have a red stone appliqué what makes the binding stand out.)
